 STUFFED BREAD PAKORA

INGREDIENTS
 

 

7slices of bread (remove the corners)
2medium sized potatoes
1tsp Garam masala
1tsp coriander powder
1tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
Optional-
cup of peas
cup Shredded paneer 
Shredded carrots
Ginger (finely chopped)

METHOD
There are 2ways to make the potato stuffing 1) shred the potatoes and remove the excess water 2) boil the potatoes and hand mash
 
In a bowl, add the potatoes, optional ingredients, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, chilli powder and mix them well.
 
Optional step: if you don`t like the raw taste of the ingredients then in a pan add a bit of oil and saute the ingredients. Do not over cook it.
 
Take bread slices and remove the corners/edges and flatten them/roll them out like rotis
 
Now add in some filling and roll the bread by sealing the edges with water
 
In a pan add desired amount of oil for frying (like pakoras/bajjis)
 
Add the stuffed bread and fry until golden
 
It can be served with ketchup, chiili sauce or mint and rating chutney.
