COCONUT SWEET- 4 Vaieties !

Mix 2 cups of desiccated coconut with 1 cup of condensed milk .knead it well to form a smooth dough . Separate it into 4separate portions & Keep aside
MOLTEN LAVA CAKE:
Take one portion of the separated coconut & condensed milk dough & mix with red food colour & a drop of vanilla essence . In a mould add half of the dough . Then add a filling of mixed nuts & chocolate syrup & close the mould with the other half of the dough . Decorate with red sprinkles . Your molten lava cake is ready .
COCONUT LADOO:
Take the next set of the separated dough.Make small round balls with them .Roll them in plain desiccated coconut & decorate them with rainbow sprinkles .
CHOCOLATE BARFI:
Powder Oreo chocolate biscuits . Mix them with the next batch of the coconut & condensed milk dough . Make them into nice square shapes . Place any nuts in the middle of the. barfi & serve
RASAGULLA:
Mix the remaining coconut & condensed milk dough with little rose milk essence . Knead the dough nicely . Make them into rasagulla shapes & roll them again in plain desiccated coconut . Yummy rasagulla is ready to be served .
