MACA’S MEGA ANNUAL PICNIC 2023

Dear Members,

Our sports committee and maca’s Jolly Junior cordially invite you to maca’s Mega Annual Picnic on July 29^th 2023.

DATE / TIME : July 29^th 2023 – 10:00AM  

VENUE: Erindale Park, 1695 Dundas St W,(Mississauga Road & Dundas St W)  Mississauga ON L5C 1E3.

TICKET: The subsidized fee for member Kids age12 and below is $5.00/person and $10.00/person for  Teenage & Adult members. Kids aged 5 and below are free. Member family includes your visiting parents also. Your visiting guest will pay $20.00/person. 

If your friends are interested to join, please encourage them to become a mca member.

Non members will pay $20.00 for both Kids and Adults.

REGISTRATION is mandatory. Please register and get it validated with your payment. You have the option to pay online or eTransfer to macafamily@gmail.com. Suggested password is maca2023 Please register at www.macatoronto.ca by clicking “register” link located next to the event.

REFUND POLICY: You get a full refund, if you inform us at least 5 days before the event.

HIGHLIGHTS:

MAGIC SHOW: One of the best Magicians in GTA is going to give you a stunning magical experience. He has earned many awards! maca kids and adults with young minds will love this show. This event includes animal petting also!

GROUP GAMES: Races for all age group, Kabbadi, Dodge ball, Tug of war, Ice breaker game, Rummy Tournament, chess tournament, Carnival Games for kids and …. much more 

CRICKET: A complete cricket set will be provided for members to have a great time. Make sure to come early to enroll in this game. 

FOOD AND SNACKS: Delicious lunch with Ice Cream, Neer more, Water Melon, Cool drinks, cookies and cotton candy...........

COTTON CANDY (பஞ்சு மிட்டாய்) : We are arranging to get a Cotton candy machine to make cotton candy in front of you and distribute.
